Adherence to the minimum distance for seats and tables in the lobby and restaurant.

Dispensers with disinfectant are available for you at all entrances and public areas.

Prevention, don't give Corona a chance

Maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres

Wear mouth and nose protection in the public areas, in the corridors and in the lobby and buffet area as well as during the wellness treatment.

Wash hands thoroughly with soap (at least 20 seconds), keep hands away from face, avoid shaking hands. Use the disinfectant dispensers regularly (especially before and after visiting the restaurant, before and after treatments).

Please use the lift only one at a time or only for people using a room.

Please use the toilet in your room during your stay.

During the daily room cleaning, we kindly ask you to leave your room

Please inform us immediately of any illness or indisposition that indicates a possible infection.
Excluded from visiting the hotel are persons who have had contact with COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days and persons with non-specific general symptoms.

Extended Terms and Conditions during the Corona Pandemic

Due to daily updated official guidelines, changes to the normal offer may occur.

We reserve the right to restrict or extend the offer (e.g. the use of individual areas and processes) in the event of developments that require this. The price list or the prices on the booking confirmation apply at all times. Neither will there be any surcharges due to higher expenses (hygiene, staffing, etc.) nor will there be any price reductions due to restrictions on offers.

Please understand that the usual room equipment according to the brochure may differ slightly for hygiene reasons.

We are not liable for a Covid 19 infection during your stay.

There is a duty to inform in case of covid symptoms before, during and up to 14 days after your stay.
