Nordic Walking

Bad Birnbach has a Nordic Walking course designed according to the most modern insights from the scientific study of sports. It has a total length of 51 kilometres.
Depending on your conditioning, you can choose from among seven short and long sections (1.6km to 11.9km). For evening hikes there are lighted sections.

Equipped with stations for stretching and strengthening exercises, an interval training course and different terrains, the parcours is considered one of the most beautiful in Bavaria thanks to the charm of the landscape. Beginners can also learn the proper Nordic Walking technique in the park: experienced trainers are available to provide an introduction every Monday and Wednesday.
